An exciting and interesting opportunity has arisen for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join one of Harrogate's top employers on a fixed-term basis for 12 months. As part of the organisations continued growth, both across the UK and internationally, our partner is looking for a high-energy experienced administrator to join the team.
Reporting into the L&D Partner, your responsibilities will include:
- providing coordination and administration support to the Group L&D Team, to ensure the smooth running of the function, activities and reporting.
- coordinating team meetings and collating agendas and meeting actions for the L&D team.
- working with external partners and venues to schedule L&D activities across the calendar year.
- Collating and sending programme supporting materials and post programme evaluation.
As the right candidate, you will have significant experience in a coordination or administration role including experience in scheduling and event management and ideally of managing and improving central processes. You enjoy being part of a high-energy team but are able to work independently and with autonomy. You appreciate change is part of working for a growing business and can be flexible when needed.
This is a part-time role, working 30 hours across 4 or 5 days. Our partner provides excellent benefits and are a people-oriented business.
