After a prolonged period of growth, our partner is now looking to recruit a Head of Transformations to help take the business to the next level.
Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for improving application processing efficiency, improving the whole member experience and developing system resilience as it is upgraded across the business.
Other responsibilities will include:
- initiating, developing and driving change projects across the business.
- identifying, training and mentoring potential Project Co-ordinators
- challenging the product owners, ensuring service offering is as good as it can be.
As the right candidate, you are an experienced change agent with financial services industry experience with, ideally, exposure to operations and customer service. You have a strong track record of driving business-critical change projects to tight deadlines across different parts of the organisation and working with stakeholders of all levels. Excellent communication and organisational skills are a must.
