A values-led service provider based in central Harrogate and working with clients across the whole of Yorkshire, our partner is now looking to hire an experienced Accounts Manager to cope with the growing demand and to help grow the business further.
Working in a small office but with a workforce of almost 100 staff from various backgrounds, you will assist the M.D. with a variety of tasks, from basic bookkeeping to credit control and from administration to invoicing.
Reporting to the M.D., your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the company directors in all aspects of operation management, administration and accounts management
- Ensuring all customer, supplier & employee records are maintained and updated
- Liaising closely with key staff, customers, suppliers to ensure effective service delivery
As the right person for this role, you are a highly organised individual (and can manage others) with several years' experience in an administrative or operations-related role within a busy office environment. You pride yourself on your efficient nature, can work in a small office environment and enjoy a position with a wide variety of tasks. You can prioritise your workload effectively and can adapt quickly to new situations as they arise.
