After a prolonged period of growth, our partner is now looking to recruit an experienced marketing professional to define, develop and manage the Marketing Proposition Strategy and lead product development initiatives across both new and existing propositions.
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, your responsibilities will include:
leading, developing and delivering product development initiatives, from idea stage through to launch
proactive product management including implementing product modifications, closures or other changes as a result of customer insight and business performance.
being the subject matter expert and dealing with ad hoc queries from the rest of the business for the products you are responsible for managing.
having oversight of legal and regulatory developments impacting the product range.
As the right candidate, you have at least 5 years of experience in a marketing role with a focus on product development and management of a product portfolio, preferably in a financial services environment. You are a strategic thinker with a proven ability to formulate product and proposition development strategies from scratch, and you demonstrate strong analytical skills and are able to stay on top of market trends and competitor initiatives. You have excellent communication skills, are able to work with and influence people at all levels and are able to adapt quickly in a fast-changing market.
