Based near Leeds city centre and working with clients across Yorkshire, they have been able to maintain consistently strong growth levels and, because of this growth, we are now looking to recruit a Legal Cashier to join this close-knit and collaborative team.
Working with the Practice Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- daily bank reconciliations including matching and processing receipts
- managing purchase ledger payments
- creation of consultants invoices in Xero and setting up disbursements and onward payments
- producing monthly financial reports
As the right candidate for this role, you are an experienced Legal Cashier or Finance Assistant and you enjoy working in a relaxed but hardworking office environment. You have a head for numbers, are calm and can prioritise tasks effectively. You are familiar with Xero or similar and, ideally, LEAP, although full training will be provided.
This role is part-time and part of a job-share working 1.30pm - 5.30pm Monday to Friday. You can work up to 99% remote, but you must be able to go into the office in Leeds on occasion. They offer 28 days holiday (pro-rated) and, if you prefer to work in the office, free onsite parking. This role is ideal for someone looking to return to work or to have a bit more balance.
